The Mermaid Princess

It's been awhile since I last updated a manipulation piece. I really love the idea of mermaids and some underwater kingdom. I imagine that these are the eyes of the mermaid princess. She's quiet, intense, curious and beautiful. She's full of mystery.

I did have a hard time making the forehead tiara look natural. I couldn't find any stock for it and I'm not sure where to look for tutorials on painting jewelry. If anyone has a good tutorial for that, please send me a link.
